These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement governing the winbaji platform and all services provided under it. 3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on winbaji is ৳100. bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used for deposits. When making a deposit, ensure you are using the correct channel and account number. winbaji is not responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

winbaji only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the user's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account may be returned and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal. To withdraw bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirements must be fully met. Any amount with incomplete wagering cannot be withdrawn.

• winbaji reserves the right to delay a withdrawal and carry out an investigation in the case of any suspicious financial activity.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

winbaji offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering amount will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

4.2 General Conditions for Other Promotions

winbaji has various weekly and special bonus offers. Each bonus has its own wagering and minimum deposit requirements, which are clearly stated in the bonus description. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming a bonus.

• Two bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If you withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus portion may be cancelled.

5.1 General Betting Rules

5.2 Technical Issues and Disputes

6.1 Account Closure Process

winbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without giving a reason if it deems it necessary. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time through live chat, particularly as part of responsible gaming by choosing self-exclusion.
